Pooja Barot

Hi, my name is Pooja.  I am the owner and registered manager of Shreeji Inc., which provides care in the community to children and adults with mental health, dementia, physical disability, and clinical care needs.

I developed my business after an accident I had in 2014 left me in need of care. The care and help I received inspired me to give back to the community, hence I set up Shreeji Inc.

I have strong family values and 15 years of industry experience.   I have grown and nurtured Shreeji Inc., from the early days, working out of my dining room through to today, working out of the innovative CEME Centre in Rainham. My extensive experience & leadership puts our customers at the heart of our business embedding Shreeji’s Mission, Vision, Commitment, and Values.

As a family person, I thrive on the everyday challenges life and business throws at us, knowing that my devoted team will support me all the way. I am so very proud of my family & team. Every day for me is different and I am kept busy improving the services we offer and giving happiness to people in need.
