Tajinder Bains

My name is Tajinder Singh Bains and I am the Director for Kare Plus Romford, as well as an Ambassador for Care, Associate Role for Care City and a Board Member for Havering Care Association.

I live by the philosophy of continually improving myself and expanding the contribution made to the local communities.

Having graduated with a BSc(hons) in Business IT, I went on to work in the city within the Finance sector, prior to moving into my current remit of the Healthcare sector.

I have successfully ventured into the agency staff supply business model for care homes, nursing provisions, homecare services and more recently established live-in care. This has given me a broad range of exposure into the various healthcare sector roles, departments and stakeholders within the local borough, as well as other healthcare operators.

Outside my role, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and going to the gym to keep active and fit, whilst exploring new opportunities to further my contribution into our society.
