Pre-Employment & Traineeships

These are usually for those aged 16-24, who need help to get “work ready” but some are open to people who are older.  Through an education and training programme, you are supported to build your existing skills and experience and to apply for jobs.

Both Healthcare Horizons and West Ham United Foundation run current programmes.   Some of the colleges in East London also run pre-employment schemes with local employers.  Check their websites for the latest details.
