Learning & Development

The learning and development offer will be based on the needs of your organisation. Responsibility for learning is shared between an employee and their manager, who work together to identify training needs and agree personal development plans. It is part of the appraisal process. The primary aim of learning is to improve service delivery and, where possible, to meet your career aspirations.
